Capital Improvement Program Committee Public Hearing

THE TOWN OF THORNTON – CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) COMMITTEE has completed a plan of projected capital expenditures for the period 2023 through 2032.  The CIP provides the Board of Selectmen with a planning tool used in the creation of the Town's budget.  Capital improvements listed on the plan must have a capital expenditure of $10,000 or more and a useful life of at least five years.
