In order to send any motor vehicle document to another address than what is printed on your registration or motor vehicle record, this form must be completed, signed and sent to the Municipal Agent or motor vehicle staff prior to processing of the transaction.
Acceptable forms of receipts include:
1. Email to include all of the following recipients - taxcollector@thorntonnh.org, deputytaxcollector@thorntonnh.org and townclerk@thorntonnh.org
