You are hereby notified that the appeal of Article VI, Basic Development Requirements Section A.  Conventional Development #2. Location of Structures of the Thornton Zoning Ordinance for construction of a garage has been DENIED.  For the reasons/facts listed below, by majority vote of the

Thornton Board of Adjustment.

 

REASONS/FACTS SUPPORTING THE DENIAL:

 

1. The variance applied for is not applicable because the construction has been completed.
