Committee Recruitment

The Thornton, Campton Transfer Station Mall will close effective

January 1, 2012 by unanimous vote in the affirmative by the

Thornton and Campton Boards of Selectmen.

A committee is being formed made up of residents from Thornton, Campton and Ellsworth looking for volunteers to be able to offer new ideas and  recommendations for improvements with the possibility to continue this service at the Transfer Station.

The goal of the committee will be to report to your community

 on Town Meeting Day 2012 ways this service may remain provided to the communities of Thornton, Campton and Ellsworth.
