Invitation to Bid

The Thornton Highway Dept is looking for bids on 2000 yards of screened sand. The Highway Dept. will pick up the sand on site. All bids must be by the yard. Any questions please contact Road Agent Tom Dubey at 726-4546.

 Monday-Friday7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the

Thornton Town Office no than 3:00 pm on September 20, 2011.

Please label them “Winter Sand Bids” Bids will be opened at a Selectmen’s Meeting on September 21, 2011 at 6:30pm.

The Selectmen have the right to decline any and all bids.
