P/T Zoning Enforcement Officer/Deputy Health Officer/Planning Board Assistant

Qualified candidate must be proficient in interpretation and enforcement of Local, State, and Federal laws, and regulations pertaining to zoning, land use, and health & safety as well as the knowledge and experience to assist the planning board with applications. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or related field is required with at least five years’experience  as a zoning administrator, enforcement officer,  municipal  planner, OR equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Salary: Grade 11, pay range $19.00 – $26.85
